We built and implemented a custom multi step estimate form using Happy Forms for WordPress. The purpose of the form was to streamline the enquiry process, reduce form abandonment, and ensure Chimney Experts received all the necessary details to provide an accurate quote. Happy Forms was chosen for its ability to handle conditional logic and multi step workflows, which were crucial in building a form that was responsive to user input and adjusted based on their selections. This allowed us to hide or show certain fields depending on the user’s previous answers, simplifying the form and keeping it relevant at every stage.
